Reece Brown joined UDS Development Services in 2014 and is Vice President, overseeing operations. Having the opportunity to work in several market sectors including residential, heavy civil, and commercial construction, Reece brings 20 years of diverse construction expertise to every project.

Honest, relationship-driven and client centric, Reece enjoys developing project teams and using his talents to provide Clients with best-value solutions. He believes that the success of a project requires servant leadership, clear process and true partnership between stakeholders, design professionals, and construction managers, all working towards a common goal of bringing the Client’s vision to reality.

Reece’s fundamental role is to deliver all projects on time and on budget. When he’s not driving the design and construction process, Reece enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting.
